Justice Administratin HELP DESK kickoff begins January 25, 2010. The HELP DESK system will help expedite requests to Justice Administration, insure that all requests are completed timely, keep users informed of the status of their request, as well as provide notification when the request has been completed. Beginning February 1, 2010, all requests for assistance from Justice Administration must be submitted through the HELP DESK system. While we would prefer that you log in and use our help desk system, you may also email us at justiceadmin@sysaidcss.com Users will receive an email including a user name, password, and instructions for adding a HELP DESK icon to your desktop.
